About Us
Lynn Simon and Ryann Simon Johnson are two Cleveland-based Realtors, with a combined 30 years of experience. We deliver the highest quality customer service, a strategic approach to buying/selling and a level of responsiveness every client deserves.
I am a graduate of the University of Delaware and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. As such, I bring to the real estate table the added dimension of being a tough negotiator for my buyers and sellers along with a deep understanding of all aspects of every contract. I have developed a high-end niche market and most new business comes from satisfied past clients.
Real estate has been the family business for over 25 years and I'm thrilled to be partnered with veteran top producer Lynn Simon. Since joining Lynn, I've closed over $20M in transactions. My business career includes 20 years of experience managing negotiations, contracts and marketing activities for some of the world's largest brands, including Visa and Amazon. I bring that same world-class work with me to every transaction.

We don't just drop your home into the MLS and hope for the best. We leverage our network of nearly 1,000 local residents and Realtors to announce new homes for sale or price drops. We host broker open houses for all of our listings and accompany every showing of a home. Homes have a story to tell and we're there to bring it to life. We will present the home and answer questions so potential buyers leave with the most positive experience.
We are constantly out in the field, seeing homes which just hit the market, so we can give our clients educated perspectives on the inventory at any given time. Our clients' time is valuable and our knowledge of the inventory reduces unnecessary showings for buyers.
